Snapshots of Our Past Work

Theatrical & Concert Productions

Having awarded ATRTreehouse four consecutive five year contracts to provide all technical services for their main commencement ceremony, Harvard University also called upon us to produce their 375th anniversary, aptly named H375. Arguably one of the largest events we have ever produced, the massive festival required every element, from large scale performances by the likes of YoYo Ma, to video, staging, power distribution and extensive stage and architectural lighting. For a more in depth look at that special night, take a look at the video.

Conferences & Tradeshows

Deploying the correct equipment and then using it efficiently to change the look and feel of a space is key to the success of a corporate meeting. Continually altering their environment keeps an audience alert and focused. It also allows a space to be used for a variety of functions, which saves money. During the daytime this ballroom was used for a general session, later that evening it was used for a dinner and awards ceremony. Today’s lighting and video equipment offers us the flexibility to keep audiences engaged and make the best use of space.

Weddings & Special Events

History was made during the summer of 2014 when Mystic Seaport took the last remaining wooden whaleship in the world back to sea. Following a five-year restoration, the 172 year old Charles W. Morgan sailed on her 38th Voyage to New England ports-of-call, raising awareness of America’s maritime heritage. We at ATRTreehouse were extremely proud to have played a small part, providing production services for the ship’s launch, as well as its subsequent visits to ports along the Atlantic seaboard.

Commencements & Speeches

Having evolved from a student organization at URI, the university has played an important role in our company’s history. Members of our team have been involved in the University’s commencement exercises most years since 1977. Technology has changed a great deal since then, but what hasn’t changed is our commitment to providing audiences with the best possible experience. This is especially true for parents and grandparents who have waited many years to watch their loved ones walk across the stage with a diploma and hear their names called on that momentous day. Deploying equipment that works perfectly and technicians that appreciate that responsibility reflects on the institution, the graduates and everyone in attendance. ATRTreehouse is honored to have been entrusted with that responsibility by dozens of schools for hundreds of graduation ceremonies over the years. Our commitment to that goal will continue.
